We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the app. Your continued use of WearHouse after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
Account Registration
Account Creation
To place orders and access full features, you must create an account with WearHouse. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and to update your information as necessary.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach.
Age Requirement
By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our services.
Orders and Payments
Order Placement
When you place an order through WearHouse, you are making an offer to purchase the selected fabrics. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including product availability or pricing errors.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners (Paystack, Flutterwave). We accept various payment methods including cards, bank transfers, and mobile money.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an email and SMS confirmation immediately after placing your order. This confirmation does not guarantee order acceptance but acknowledges receipt of your order.
Delivery and Returns
Delivery Services
We offer same-day delivery within Lagos and 2-3 business day delivery to other locations in Nigeria. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and order value. We offer free delivery on orders above ₦50,000 within Lagos. You will see the applicable delivery fee during checkout.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns of undamaged, unworn fabrics within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
Refund Policy
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Non-refundable Items
Custom-ordered fabrics, sale items, and gift cards are non-refundable. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund within 7 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider first. If the issue persists, contact us at support@wearhousefabrics.com for assistance.
Intellectual Property

All content on the WearHouse app and website, including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software, is the property of WearHouse Fabrics Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws.
